These delicious and tasty tamales are made homemade masa with lard and broth, then simmered in rich sauces. Protein selections are beef, chicken and pork.
Delicately pulled pork, simmered in roasted tomatillo and Anaheim peppers sauce.

Braised beef in rich roasted tomato and Ancho, Guajillo chiles sauce .
